El hotel está en una buena zona, el personal muy amable, la habitación amplia, limpia y con unas vistas increíbles. Lo único te cobran 100$ de fianza que no te dicen antes y supuestamente te los devuelven cuando te vas, aunque sigo esperando porque supuestamente al ser una transferencia internacional tarda unos días, esperemos que sea cierto.

Отличный отель, местоположение супер, метро близко, магазины, кафе, все рядом, номера не маленькие, чай, кофе, вода, прачечная бесплатно, единственный минус это вид из окна у нас был во двор. очень довольны👌

we were staying there for 3 nights for christmast 2024, the front desk was really good and helpfull but did not supported with their room service. every morning i asked them to clean the room, but nothing.. no one taking care and come to room for cleaning. i reminded all the time the fron desk, but was still the same, with the expensive rate in chirstmas, this hotel is offer standard budget hotel. very disappointed with this hotel

Very near the 9/11 Memorial and several subway stations. Room size was okay - for New York. Free purified water (with bottles) on all floors, and complimentary coffee and tea near the lobby. One negative feedback - the walls are quite thin. Could hear what the room next door was “watching on TV” and they were also loud at times. Other than that, it was a really good stay there.

The hotel is pretty nice, small but definitely everything you need. The only problem we found out was that we had to pay for a “facilities fee” which i believe 訂房網站.com needs to include in the rate of the hotel or it seems deceiving the rates.

it was great to visit new york city. location was great but far from downtown manhattan, but you can easily get to there by metro next to the hotel. room was clean, easy check in easy check out

マンハッタン內なのでやはり高いですが、観光名所までのアクセスも良くお部屋も綺麗なのでよかったです！ 夜はホテルの周囲は暗いので注意はした方がいいです。
